*8Things: A Gratitude Practice

Sammy does not enjoy the new puppy…

*8Things iconHello Magpie! It’s *8Things Thursday. Time to check in with our Gratitude.

Last week my poor Sammy dog was sick. This is his 12th year on the planet, and his 6th year with us. Things seem to be breaking down a little as he’s been in and out of the vet A LOT this fall. So this week for *8Things, I’d like to celebrate with 8 pictures of our little monster.

What are you thankful for this week? I’ll show you mine, if you’ll show me yours…

*8Things iconWhat about you Magpie? What *8Things are you grateful for? Put the short version in the comments, or grab a button for your blog. Give us a permalink below so we can stop by! Your list will help others find their gratitude mojo when it’s running a little thin. Thanks for playing!

Grow your gratitude. Live Satisfied. Join us on Facebook for our weekly *8things roundup.

Michele — I used to love the sound of the rain on my grandfather’s tin roof. Thank you for reminding me of that.

Heather — we have a bichon frise and a havanese. Both are hypoallergenic. I feel like JLo when I walk the little fluff balls. :-)

Linking up! Love this!

1. The Fall weather…crisp with new beginnings.
2. Time spent with my best friend.
3. Enough work to keep me busy but not enough to overwhelm and discourage me.
4. Great internet friends that always lend a virtual helping hand.
5. The sunshine after a gray day.
6. My space heater under my desk that keeps me toasty warm.
7. Morning coffee.
8. That I am a child of God.
