An ongoing response to Newtown: 28days: remember. act. heal.

Hello Friends,

I’ve been thinking a lot this week about how to best host a healing space around the Newtown shootings. How do we take our  core values — love, compassion, justice, shalom, wholeness — and use them to direct our actions in the wake of this tragedy? Join me in the New Year as we intentionally turn towards the lessons this event has brought to the forefront our attention. I’ll be running a series of blog posts, one for each life lost. Each post will offer a positive remembrance of one of the victims, along with an action step to be taken on their behalf. The actions will be balanced between mental health advocacy, gun control advocacy, and spiritual/energetic healing.

I truly believe there’s no where to go, but together. So please invite a friend to join us in this 28day journey:

I’m taking 28days to remember, act, and heal in the wake of the Newtown shootings. Please join me:
